Who's idea is this anyway?

Oh, hey! I'm Rachael Johnson, and I wear a lot of hats and have lived a lot of lives:  I'm a rebrand & messaging strategist, copywriter, music teacher, improviser, storyteller, and someone who isn't afraid of the stage.

But I recognize that's not everyone's story. And that public speaking is the #2 biggest fear, right behind death. I want to change that, namely for women.

Women are so powerful, and when we speak into a microphone, our power is amplified (pun intended - ha!). We have so many ideas to offer and stories to share but sometimes we don't know who to share them with... or if anyone even cares.

I can tell you that most people do care. We care about your story, about what makes you tick, what keeps you up at night, and what dreams you have for yourself, your family, your life.
